Registration is done via an online registration system operated by TAVI Congress Bureau and is required from all participants and possible accompanying persons.

The
registration fee includes
* Student fee is for bachelors, masters degree and post-graduate students. Students are required to show proof of their student status (student ID card or confirmation letter from the university/institute) at the registration desk.
All payments (registration fee and hotel deposit) must be made in advance in Euros (EUR).

Please state the participantīs reference number when making the bank transfer. The reference number is shown on the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form online. Payment by bank transfer is to be settled within two weeks of registration.

Invoice
(an invoicing supplement of EUR 10 will be added). Please indicate the exact
invoicing address and reference on the registration form. An invoicing
supplement will be charged for each new invoice that needs to be issued due to
faulty or inadequate invoicing details provided by the participant.
Please note that no participation confirmation letter will be sent before all the payments (including the hotel deposit) have been received. See information of accommodation.
Any cancellations or changes to registration or accommodation must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by e-mail: docomomo2012@tavicon.fi or by fax: +358 3 233 0444.
If a cancellation for the participation, excursions and/or hotel reservation is received by 31 May 2012, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of EUR 50, and the hotel deposit and the excursion fees will be refunded minus a EUR 20 handling fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 31 May 2012. Please note that the cancellation deadline for Vyborg and Sunila excursion is exceptionally 30 April 2012.
Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee, excursion fee or the hotel deposit will not be refunded. There is however no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
